I just finished my rental with ETS and I’m very happy with them. I wanna say thank you to Douglas and Marianne they were both extremely helpful, well coordinated & fast with response times and they are both very nice people. They helped me get what I needed specifically with the machine & they worked around my awkward schedule on our job. They arranged pick up times that worked for me and even forgave and refunded my 2nd day rental when we didn’t need it or use it, as a courtesy, I’m very happy with them. Everyone there is very nice people & their delivery guys are very nice, very good people. This company employees is very respectful, The service department is very fast and called me very quickly when I wanted to switch the machine controls to SAE. Thank You Marianne, Douglas & ETS you guys are the best! Going forward I’m renting everything from them!

“I had an excellent experience with the service provided by Douglas M. From the very first contact, he was attentive, polite, and professional. He explained everything clearly, showed great knowledge, and took the time to understand my needs. He was also quick to respond and truly made sure everything was handled in the best possible way.

Congratulations to ETS for having such a dedicated and committed team member. Douglas’s service really made a difference and left me very satisfied.”
